Neurodivergent Therapist Consultation Circle for AuDHD Clinicians in Kansas City
A monthly peer consultation and connection space for neurodivergent clinicians serving AuDHD clients
This monthly consultation circle is designed for therapists who are neurodivergent and who treat or specialize in Autistic and ADHD (AuDHD) clients. It’s a small, in-person peer space for case consultation, shared clinical thinking, and meaningful professional connection with others doing similar work.
In addition to consultation support, this circle helps clinicians build trusted relationships with other AuDHD-informed providers in the local community. Over time, that connection supports stronger collaboration, clearer referral pathways, and more aligned client care.
The focus is both clinical and human, a place to talk through cases when you want input, listen and contribute when you don’t, and receive support as a neurodivergent clinician navigating the realities of practice.
Peer consultation and professional community are associated with stronger clinical decision-making, reduced isolation, and improved provider sustainability. This circle is built to support those outcomes through collaborative dialogue and mutual respect.

There is no presentation requirement and no pressure to bring a case. You’re welcome to participate at the level that fits your capacity that day.
