Year-End Release Sound Bath

Year-End Release Sound Bath

Give yourself one last moment of calm before stepping into a new year! This nourishing sound bath is designed to help you loosen the tension of the holiday season, unwind your nervous system, and gently release anything you don’t want to carry into 2026. We will reflect on what went well this year, what we are letting go of, and what we want to move into for 2026.

Through crystal bowls, grounding frequencies, and guided meditation, you’ll settle into deep rest and create space for clarity and intention.

A perfect reset between Christmas and the New Year!

No experience required, just bring yourself, a yoga mat, and your intention!”

Dream to Done: A Vision-Board Gathering

Dream to Done: A Vision-Board Gathering

Create your year with intention, then stay supported as you bring it to life.

Step into a soft, cozy creative space designed to help you map out your vision for 2026 with clarity, intention, and a little bit of magic. Dream to Done is a warm afternoon of gentle reflection, playful creative work, and community connection. It’s perfect for adults in the Kansas City area who want to start the year feeling grounded and inspired without the pressure.

You’ll move through guided prompts to help you choose your goals, clarify what you want the new year to feel like, and bring imagery that truly aligns with your intentions. From there, you’ll create your vision board in the way that feels best for your brain and your creativity:

Two Ways to Create Your Vision Board

  1. Traditional Collage Board
We provide the 16×20 posterboard, glue, glitter, markers, and basics.
You bring the heart of your board: printed photos, quotes, graphics, artwork, magazine clippings, aesthetic images. Basically, anything that captures your vision.
(very few magazines provided, this keeps your board fully aligned with your personal goals.)

  2. Digital Vision Board
Bring your laptop and create your board in Canva or the design program you love.
This option is perfect if you want to:

    • use custom imagery

    • keep your board on your phone/desktop

    • easily update it throughout the year

What You Might Want to Bring

To make your board truly yours, feel free to bring: stickers, ribbons, washi tape, quotes, scrapbook paper, fabric scraps, pressed flowers, stamps, metallic pens, or a larger board if you want more space.

**Remember, you bring your own photos, graphics, and media

We’ll supply the tea, coffee, and water. Feel free to bring your favorite snack to enjoy while you work.

Digital creators: bring your laptop + any images or graphics you want to include.

This event is followed by quarterly community check-ins. These are intimate, supportive gatherings designed for connection + accountability as the year unfolds. You’ll revisit your board, reflect on progress, realign where needed, and receive encouragement from a small group of like-minded adults.

What’s Included:

  • Gentle guided reflection exercises

  • All basic supplies for physical boards (except images/photos)

  • Tea + coffee

  • Fidgets and sensory tools available

  • Space for either digital or traditional creation

  • Quarterly support sessions available as a bundle

🪷 Investment

  • $60 for the initial Vision Board Workshop

  • $40 per quarterly follow-up, or

  • Bundle: All 3 follow-ups + workshop for $150 prepaid

Women in White Coats Sanctuary

Women in White Coats Sanctuary

A circle for rest, reflection, and shared stories. Your place to connect, share, and restore.

Where women physicians share stories, rest, and rise stronger.

Being a physician is deeply meaningful but it can also be isolating, exhausting, and heavy to carry alone. Women in White Coats Sanctuary is a monthly support circle created exclusively for female physicians to gather in a safe, understanding space.

Each gathering begins with a 30-minute gentle yoga session designed to awaken your body and mind. Through movement and breath, you’ll release tension, restore energy, and find balance, preparing you to step into the circle feeling grounded and fully present.

From there, the support circle invites you to lay down the weight of the white coat and connect with others who understand the unique challenges of medicine. Through reflection, conversation, and mutual support, this is a place of rest, renewal, and belonging.

Together, we honor the truth of your experience: the struggles, the triumphs, and everything in between, so you leave each gathering feeling seen, supported, and strengthened.

Participation is application-based to ensure a safe, confidential, and supportive environment. This group is open, no long-term commitment required. This circle is reserved for women physicians who are seeking support, rest, and authentic connection. If these values resonate with you, we welcome you to apply by clicking here!
