Women in White Coats Sanctuary
A circle for rest, reflection, and shared stories. Your place to connect, share, and restore.
Where women physicians share stories, rest, and rise stronger.
Being a physician is deeply meaningful but it can also be isolating, exhausting, and heavy to carry alone. Women in White Coats Sanctuary is a monthly support circle created exclusively for female physicians to gather in a safe, understanding space.
Each gathering begins with a 30-minute gentle yoga session designed to awaken your body and mind. Through movement and breath, you’ll release tension, restore energy, and find balance, preparing you to step into the circle feeling grounded and fully present. (You are welcome to skip the yoga portion if you prefer.)
From there, the support circle invites you to lay down the weight of the white coat and connect with others who understand the unique challenges of medicine. Through reflection, conversation, and mutual support, this is a place of rest, renewal, and belonging.
Together, we honor the truth of your experience: the struggles, the triumphs, and everything in between, so you leave each gathering feeling seen, supported, and strengthened.
Participation is application-based to ensure a safe, confidential, and supportive environment. This group is open, no long-term commitment required. This circle is reserved for women physicians who are seeking support, rest, and authentic connection. If these values resonate with you, we welcome you to apply by clicking here!

The Art of Grief and Afternoon Tea
The Art of Sobriety
by Sherri Jacobs at Heartland Art Therapy
This art therapy group will offer art making and creative engagement to help inspire participants who are on a sobriety path. The layers involved in addiction recovery are complex and adding creativity into the process can be hugely inspirational, insightful, helpful, and surprising. No art experience required.
Today’s session will focus on the metaphor of a mask. Participants will receive plaster masks to embellish and explore the role masks play in the sobriety journey.

Harvesting Abundance – A Women’s Cacao Autumn Equinox Circle, By Blue Moon Breathwork
Harvesting Abundance – A Women’s Cacao Autumn Equinox Circle
By Blue Moon Breathwork
A magical Autumn Equinox circle with cacao, breathwork, and ritual-where light and dark weave abundance in your heart.
Health • Personal health
✨ What if you could honor both the light and the shadows in your life - and discover the abundance waiting to be harvested within you?
Join us for an intimate evening of magic, connection, and sacred sisterhood as we gather in celebration of the Autumn Equinox. With heart-opening ceremonial cacao, Elemental Rhythm Breathwork, guided meditation, and a powerful blessings exchange, we’ll honor the balance of sun and moon, joy and challenge, light and dark. Come release what no longer serves, reconnect with what truly matters, and step into the season with clarity, gratitude, and abundance.
✨ This is for you if you are a woman who…
Needs time just for herself (self-love is not selfish).
Desires to feel supported and nourished.
Is ready to honor both the blessings of light and the wisdom born of darkness.
Is seeking authentic connection with other caring women.
Wants to grow more self-confidence and clarity.
Desires to be accepted exactly as she is.
Longs to support and be supported by other women.
Loves music, ritual, and heart-centered practices.
🌾 Event Highlights
Sacred Ceremonial Cacao: Begin with cacao prepared with seasonal herbs and loving intention, anchoring you into the energy of abundance and balance.
Harvest Blessings Exchange: Please bring two symbolic small objects (simple, natural, handmade, or otherwise thoughtful). These do not need to cost money, but they should be meaningful. - One representing the blessings of the Light 🌞 — joy, ease, love, the gifts that have nourished you. - One representing the blessings of the Dark 🌙 — growth, awareness, or strength born through struggle or challenge. In small groups, you’ll share the stories of your two objects. Then, in the spirit of the season, you’ll offer these blessings forward, gifting them to another woman in your group. In return, you’ll receive two objects from sisters in your circle — carrying home both a blessing of light and a blessing of dark. This exchange is an act of gratitude for the gifts that both the light and the shadows bring, reminding us that abundance is born from both ease and the wisdom of the dark. 🌗
Elemental Rhythm Breathwork: A transformative, music-guided journey to release heaviness and open your heart to abundance.
Guided Harvest Visualization: Step into a sacred inner grove held by both sun and moon, shed burdens, and claim your symbolic harvest gift for the season ahead.
Gratitude & Reflective Journaling: Capture and anchor your insights.
Sacred Sisterhood Connection: Experience the power of women gathering in safe, supportive space.
