OCD Support Group

OCD Support Group

Living with OCD can feel isolating, overwhelming, and confusing, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Our OCD Support Group is a welcoming, judgment-free space where adults 18 and older can explore how OCD shows up in their lives, learn practical strategies, and connect with others who truly understand.

In this group, you’ll gain insight into OCD and its impact on daily life while practicing evidence-based strategies such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and I-CBT approaches in a safe, supportive environment. You’ll also have the opportunity to share your lived experience, learn from others, and reinforce skills you’re already developing in therapy.

Whether you’re newly diagnosed, have been managing OCD for years, or are simply curious about learning strategies to cope, this group is open to all adults 18+. There’s no ongoing commitment, so you can attend sessions at your own pace and get support exactly when you need it.

Led by Kari Gregory, LPC, LCPC – OCD Specialist, this group combines expert guidance with peer support to help you feel more equipped, connected, and understood.
