I-CBT Group Therapy for OCD
If you are an individual living with OCD who feels exhausted by constant doubt, endless mental checks, or traditional ERP exposures that feel overwhelming—this group was built to offer a clear, evidence-based alternative focused on how obsessive doubt is created in the first place.
Facilitated by an I-CBT Trained Clinician
This group is facilitated by a licensed clinician specializing in OCD and trained in Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT). Rather than focusing on exposing you to fears or managing anxiety after it starts, I-CBT targets the logic behind obsessive doubt. The pace, structure, and content are specifically designed to help you resolve reasoning errors and step out of the "OCD bubble."

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a formal OCD diagnosis to join?
Yes, a formal diagnosis is required. I-CBT is evidenced based for OCD, but not for general anxiety.
How does I-CBT differ from traditional ERP?
While traditional ERP focuses on building tolerance to anxiety through exposures, I-CBT targets the reasoning process before anxiety starts. It helps you recognize that obsessive doubt is based on faulty narrative logic rather than real-world evidence, allowing you to dismiss the doubt at its source.
What does it cost, and is insurance accepted?
The cost is $95 per session. Insurance is not accepted for group sessions.
Is this group confidential?
Yes—this is a HIPAA-covered therapy group, and all participants agree to strict confidentiality rules to protect everyone’s privacy.
What if the group fills up?
Group size is kept small (6 participants) to allow space for individual engagement. Once a cohort is full, we will open a waitlist for the next upcoming round.
