OCD Support Group
Living with OCD can be isolating and exhausting. This is a place to be understood without explaining yourself first.
Our OCD Support Group is an online space for adults 18 and older who live in Kansas or Missouri. You’ll hear how OCD shows up for other people, share your own experience, and practice skills together.
Led by Kari Gregory, LCPC, LPC, OCD specialist
We draw on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and I-CBT approaches. Already doing OCD work in therapy? Bring it here and keep practicing between sessions.
Newly diagnosed, managing OCD for years, or just curious? You’re welcome. There’s no ongoing commitment. Come when you need it.
