Specialties: adults 18+, OCD, anxiety disorders, active recovery, life meaning and transitions
My passion is to collaborate with clients to find workable and values-based ways to be more present and flexible in life. I work with those who experience anxiety, depression, relationship issues, fears, grief, and unhealthy behaviors that can make life feel distant, overwhelming, and stuck. I support clients with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, experiential therapy, and evidenced based approaches to treat OCD and other challenges.
Each of our sessions are designed as collaborative, supportive, and creative environments. I provide a structured place to explore and practice new ways to engage with thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I support you with evidence-based methods while providing activities in session to help you find meaningful connections that promote change. When I witness success for my clients it is measured in more purposeful connections, resilience to challenges, and greater sense of vitality in life.
I graduated from Loyola University in New Orleans in 2018 and have practiced for the past eight years in the New Orleans area providing counseling services for substance abuse, mental health, and relationship recovery. I recently relocated to the Kansas City Missouri area and, in March of 2026, I joined Panacea Group. I hold professional licenses in Missouri, Kansas, and Louisiana.
I am available in person at the Panacea Group’s office on State Line Road and 79th Street in Prairie Village, and provide telehealth services to those in Missouri, Kansas, and Louisiana. I look forward to supporting you on the path to a more flexible and creative life.
