Our Groups

We offer a wide range of groups including support, psychoeducation, and skills groups. You can also attend private yoga sessions, small group yoga sessions, and various groups to connect you with members of the community.

OCD Therapeutic Support Group

Living with OCD can feel isolating, overwhelming, and confusing, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Led by Kari Gregory, LPC, LCPC – OCD Specialist, this group combines expert guidance with peer support to help you feel more equipped, connected, and understood.
